A Cold Day on the Beach at Stone Bay, Broadstairs, however Julie, the 2 Janes and Tracey turned up and worked out for over 2 hours and not a winge throughout the entire session!
After a longer than normal warm-up (due to the cold conditions) we then used some well placed steps, concrete blocks, bars and slopes to do a 6 station circuit which got the girls heart rate up and worked their cardiovascular systems for a good 20 mins - the perfect amount of time to go into fat-burning mode.  We then power-walked over to Joss Bay where we played with a medicine ball for half an hour, using co-ordination, strength and endurance and had a lot of fun trying not to drop the ball.
A warm down walk back to Broadstairs with a stretch on the way back finished the session just in time for a hearty Sunday Lunch.  Well done girls xx You all worked really hard.
